«Безинициативный» фонд
Паевой или инвестиционный фонд, который при формировании своего инвестиционного портфеля точно следует принципу формирования одного из основных фондовых индексов, например индекса FTSE (см. Share price index). В отличие от тех фондов, которые имеют дело с акциями большого количества самых разных, часто рисковых компаний, «безинициативный» фонд пассивно движется по накатанной колее (отсюда его название). Некоторые инвесторы, которые по тем или иным причинам не доверяют профессиональным менеджерам инвестиционных фондов, считают, что вложения в такой фонд более надежны.
